The IORA Gujarat website has a new update. Now you can get a digital ROR (Record of Rights) that’s been signed electronically. You don’t need to go anywhere to get a paper copy anymore. This digital ROR is just as real and trustworthy as a paper one because it has a digital signature. Whether you need it for yourself or for work, you can quickly get the ROR online from the IORA Gujarat website.
Available Land Records in Digitally Signed Records (iORA)

- ગામ નમૂના નં. ૧૨
- ગામ નમૂના નં. ૮-અ
- ગામ નમૂના નં. ૬
- જુના ગામ નમૂના નં. ૬
Process to Download iORA – Digitally Signed RoR
To get a digitally signed RoR (Record of Rights) online:
- Go to the official iORA Gujarat website https://iora.gujarat.gov.in/
- Click on “Digitally Signed RoR”.
- Log in with your mobile number:
- Enter your number and the captcha
- Click “Generate OTP”
- Enter the OTP you get on your phone
- Click “Login”
- Choose your record from the menu (like ગામ નમૂના નં. ૭)
- Pick your District, Taluka, Village, and Survey/Block Number
- Click “Add Village Form”
- Pay Rs 5 fee by clicking “Proceed For Payment”
- After paying, you can download your digitally signed RoR
Remember: Your digital document will be ready to download from your account within 24 hours.
