How to Search / Old / Re-Survey Records & District Maps on e Rekha?
First you can go to E Rekha Kerala website and this website allows you to can access land records for the state of Kerala.
On the E Rekha website, you can find:
- Old survey records
- New survey records
- Maps of the districts
- Field measurement books/settlement data
- Other records about land in Kerala
The E Rekha website provides all these different types of land records and information for properties in the Kerala state.
When you go to the E Rekha website, you will see three main options listed. To search for and download any of the land records, you need to follow the same process for all three options.
The different types of land records provide different kinds of information. Each record is used for various purposes related to land properties. We will also explain how to look up details about a piece of land in Kerala using just the survey number for that property.
Search/Download OLD Survey Records
1) Go to the E Rekha website homepage
2) Click on “FILE SEARCH”
3) Then click on “Old Survey Records”
This will take you to the page: erekha.kerala.gov.in/oldsurvey.php
On this page, you can get old survey records if yours are lost, missing, or if you need them for any other reason.
When on this page:
1) Choose the options you need
2) Select the District, Taluk, Village, Block Number, and Survey Number for the property
3) Click the “Submit” button
Following these steps will allow you to access and obtain old survey records for a particular property from the E Rekha website.
Search/Download Re Survey Records (New)
1) Go to the E Rekha homepage
2) Click on “FILE SEARCH”
3) Then click on “ReSurvey Records (New)”
This will take you to the page: erekha.kerala.gov.in/newsurvey.php
ReSurvey records are new land records that are currently being used.
On this page:
1) Choose the options for the information you need
2) Select the District, Taluk, Village, Block Number, and Survey Number for the location of your land property
3) Click the “Submit” button
Following these steps will allow you to access the new resurvey land records for a particular property from the E Rekha website.

- Direct Link: erekha.kerala.gov.in/application.php
- You must enter your Personal Details, Address Details, and Land Details for document verification. Then, upload the document (pdf) you want to verify and describe your purpose before submitting your application.
